Limni Camp Cyprus, a pile of Jocks dressed in the kilt in the back of an open 3 ton truck were on their way back from Famagusta Leave Camp.
Passing through a Greek village, a group of young lassies run out to shout and laugh at them. One young Jock jumps up and lifts up the front of his kilt - very, very embarrassed young girls!

Argyll brass bed plate This is the Argyll brass plate we placed on our beds during kit inspections.

Our Army number and name were stamped on the centre of it.

Although this example has seen a bit of service, it used to be continually polished with brasso until it was gleaming!
