Stirling Castle, Balaklava platoon drill practice on the esplanade. The platoon Corporal, Jimmy Letham, facing the squad gives the command, 'Squad will move to the right in threes, right turn!' - and points to his right. Some Jocks turned to their left!
Utter chaos and hilarity - followed by much doubling round esplanade with rifles above head.

Sadly, 'Big Balla' McIntyre died at a very young age. He was a very popular guy with a devilish sense of Highland humour which kept us all laughing!

He had some of the most amusing sayings, e.g. "Were you on the lorry when you fell off?", and "You go first and I'll go before you!"
